Locos Tacos has long been a dream for the owners. They have always wanted to create a restaurant where the customers can choose what they put inside. Sure, there are many places that do that, but what are in high demand right now? Tacos and burritos! And what food is better to choose what you are going to put inside?

This whole idea of starting a Mexican themed restaurant came from when my owners went to Mexico together. They took a trip together and went to a restaurant that served Mexican food. They loved their food, but they started thinking about how much tastier the food would have been if they would have had other ingredients in the taco. That's where this whole restaurant got started. They knew that if the customers could choose what could go into their taco or burrito, they would have many happy customers. That's why this whole restaurant is about you!
